Not a bad day

Like I said earlier, I'm not a huge fan of the Matt Ryan pick, but I like the Falcons' picks of Sam Baker and Curtis Lofton. Lofton's a player for sure and lord knows the Birds can use a few more of those. I met Baker at the Senior Bowl. Liked him, although he had a crazy mountain man beard. He was hurt some this past season, which hurt his draft prospects some, but he was generally considered one of the top tackles in the nation entering the year, so I think the Falcons might have gotten some good value where they got him.

Tomorrow will be an interesting day for Atlanta. They've got eight more picks on the board:
